In this red-hot close-up, photographer Joshua Hubert literally stuck his camera into the fire to get the shot. Submitted by the photographer earlier today to Reddit, Hubert explains:
"Yes. I did need to stick my camera into the flames to get this shot (I used a timer and quickly popped in and out of the flames, the camera was barely warm to the touch after.) And No, I could not just use a zoom. The flame light and smoke would get in the way of the flash. I was using a Lumix TS10. It is a rugged point and shoot camera."
